These terms govern the use of NDEFFO by buyers, corporate suppliers, individual sellers, skill providers and community members. By creating an account you accept them.
1. What NDEFFO is
NDEFFO is a marketplace. Contracts for goods are formed between the buyer and the seller, and contracts for services are formed between the consumer and the provider. NDEFFO verifies participants, carries the transaction, holds funds where the rules below require it, and settles sellers after commission. NDEFFO is not the seller of the goods listed by third parties.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at [SUPPORT EMAIL] if you believe it has been compromised.
- One person or business, one account. Accounts may not be transferred or sold.
3. Selling
- You cannot publish a listing or trade until an administrator has approved your account.
- Corporate suppliers must provide valid business registration. Individual sellers must provide identity, proof of residence and exactly one verified guarantor.
- Listings must describe the goods accurately, including condition, and must not offer anything prohibited by law in the markets you sell to.
- You are responsible for stock accuracy, dispatch, and for the tracking information you publish.
- Commission is deducted from each sale at the rate shown in your seller portal, before settlement.
4. Individual sellers and held funds
For sales by individual sellers, funds are held until the buyer confirms delivery. This protects both sides. Your guarantor is recorded as part of your verification and may be contacted where a dispute cannot otherwise be resolved.
5. Service providers
- Your contact details stay private until you accept a request. Do not attempt to route consumers off the platform before that point.
- Referee letters and next of kin details are required for verification and are held under the privacy policy.
6. Delivery
Sellers dispatch on their own courier accounts. Delivery charges are shown before you pay and are calculated per seller, because each seller ships separately. Estimated transit times are estimates given by the seller, not guarantees by NDEFFO.
7. Returns and refunds
Buyers may request a return within the window shown on the order, giving a reason. The seller approves or declines with a recorded reason. Refunds are raised by NDEFFO against the original payment and reconciled against the seller's settlement. Nothing here removes a statutory right you have in your own country.
8. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, impersonation, or fabricated verification documents.
- Listing counterfeit, stolen or unlawful goods.
- Manipulating reviews or ratings.
- Attempting to access another participant's account, orders or documents.
- Interfering with the operation or security of the platform.
9. Suspension
NDEFFO may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where an account is suspended, listings are withdrawn from sale. Funds properly owed for completed orders remain payable, subject to any dispute or refund.
10. Liability
NDEFFO is not liable for the quality, safety or legality of goods and services supplied by third parties on the marketplace. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], and disputes are subject to the courts of [COURTS OF JURISDICTION], without removing any protection you have under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
